Any person who works for Sun Valley and uses equipment such as computers, laptops, workstations, chairs, keyboards or mouse for more than 2 hours per working day.

You should complete this course each year, or;
If something changes in your workplace such as seating arrangements, or;
You begin to suffer from pain to your neck, back, eyes, hands or legs that may be associated to your workplace.
